As we celebrate Canada Day and Independence Day, it is also a good time to acknowledge and celebrate progress and successes. In some traditions, July represents a kind of spiritual new year, a time to reflect on your progress and dedication over this past year, giving gratitude for all the blessings you have received and setting intentions for your growth over the coming year. Take some time this week to reflect on where you were this time last year compared to now. Recognize that changes and progress happens on all levels, not only in regards to physical symptoms but in your level of understanding and awareness, your relationships (including the one with self), and the way you interact with the world. While things may not be exactly where you want them to be yet, take the time to acknowledge how far you've come and do something to celebrate it!
Until next time!
