Better Boundaries, Finally: https://www.karleefain.com/better-boundaries-finally
The best boundaries course I've found! It is three modules that are less than a half hour each, so it is do-able. You get one module a week and they are packed with practical tools, information & exercises for reflection. Each week builds on the last and encourages small action steps that make all the world of difference.
Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra is an effective guided relaxation practice that has been proven to help calm the mind and restore energy levels for those experiencing burnout, Long COVID or CFS. It has also been shown to decrease anxiety & depression, regulate the nervous system and improve symptoms of PTSD. Yoga Nidra practices can be found on Insight Timer & YouTube. I recommend Richard Miller (iRest) or Ally Boothroyd. For a video by Ally outlining the benefits of Yoga Nidra in more detail, click here.
Insight Timer App: https://insighttimer.com/
Free meditation app with over 200,000 offerings to choose from. I highly recommend meditation as part of your daily brain retraining practice, and yoga Nidra in the afternoons for anyone recovering from low energy.

Art of Living Foundation's Art of Meditation (Sahaj Samadhi) Course
In Sanskrit, Sahaj means effortless and Samadhi means meditation. This ancient meditation practice of non-efforting brings mental clarity, increased energy, better physical health, and greater inner peace into our everyday life, thus improving our overall resilience.

Mark Romero Music: Sound Healing Technology: https://markromeromusic.com/
Mark Romero's music has frequencies that cancel out negative frequencies in our environment and activate our inner healing mechanisms. We now know from quantum physics that everything is made up of energy and that energy vibrates at specific frequencies. It is not so far fetched to see how frequencies in music could influence the frequencies in our bodies (just like the vibration of the earth helps regulate our nervous system). I used Mark Romero's healing music at various points in my own healing journey, especially in times of low energy and intense brain fog. I found it to be incredibly helpful.
